[ 04 ]$ENT — THE LICENSE TOKEN

Creating indexes burns it.

$ENT is the protocol license: preminted once, burned forever in exchange for the permanent right to compose baskets. It is not a governance token, not a fee token — it is keys to the factory.

04·1 / TWO LICENSES, ONE TOKEN

Frozen or managed.

frozen · 10,000 $ENT

A recipe set once, forever

The immutable option. Components and weights are compiled into the basket account at creation; the only way the recipe changes is a brand-new basket. Fees route 60% to you, the creator.

Compose frozen
managed · 25,000 $ENT

A recipe that rotates inside hard bounds

You become the curator: after a 7-day cooldown you may rotate the recipe, settling shortfalls and surpluses at oracle prices — and the NAV may never drop more than 0.5% in one rotation.

Compose managed
04·2 / TOKEN SPEC

Compiled into the program.

premint
100,000,000 $ENT
frozen license
10,000 burned
managed license
25,000 burned
mint fee
0.5% in USD
fee split
60% curator / 40% treasury
rotation
7-day cooldown
nav bound
≤ 0.5% drift per rotation
deposit caps
$100k → $500k → $2M → $10M
every mint fee, hardcoded in the splitter
60% — curators
40% — treasury

The split is compiled into the program, not a parameter. Curators are paid for running good indexes; the treasury funds the protocol — neither can be renegotiated on-chain.
